To provide a service in plain English to food business organizations and their members to help them fully comply with food hygiene and safety regulations and represent their views to the lawmakers.

To this end we have produced checklists, a short handbook with an on-line resource for the regulations and short training modules. The check-list has been widely acclaimed as a self audit and as a precursor to a visit by a consultant or adviser. The short handbook has a foreword by the chair of the Food Standards Agency.
